Utpala Yoga Studio is a smaller yoga studio in the beautiful nature of the Stone Forest. The yoga classes are organized in small groups, teaching Astanga and Hatha Yoga, adapted to the individual needs of participants of all ages and experience.

Our aim is to support your health and progress in your regular yoga practice. Utpala Yoga Studio offers extensive levels of practice, from "Basic Level" to "Advanced Level".

Individual offers for yoga therapy and pregnancy yoga are also offered.
